Our Story

We met on a night out for fun and dancing with our friends March 1980. We found a mutual connection and a year and a few months later, we were planning for our wedding. After being married on July 28, 1981, we began working towards our dreams. We both had steady jobs, working for national and international companies and now wanted to take that next step. Yes, buying our first home was very special to us both, a home of our own to start our family. In 1983 we were fortune enough to accomplish our first goal. The new home would allow for more room, which was needed because two years later after we moved into our new home, little Chris was born. Proud of our home, yet nothing would compare to the pride and joy we felt when our children were born. Christopher Jordan was born on December 10, 1985 at Garland Memorial hospital. A year and one week later our second son was born, Carlton Jordan, born December 17, 1986 at Garland Memorial hospital. Soon after, we found our new Church home, North Garland Baptist Fellowship. This was a major step in our lives, because not only were we growing as a family but now we could grow spiritually as well. As we look back at our lives and where we were at the start of our journey we have made so many great memories and are always embarking on new adventures, but we both know and realize that none of it was possible without "God in our lives." We're a very close family that enjoys being around one another. We love playing games, watching sporting events mainly football, and basketball, we appreciate the good times we have and share together and never take one another for granted. We are very proud of our sons and their achievements in life. As we watched them mature from children to young men, they have managed with every step they took in life to bring love, honor and respect to our family. We can only pray and ask God to continue to watch, protect and bless our family each and every day. We have received many requests for family updates, so we decided to create this website. We hope you will enjoy exploring our site and come back again. We hope to update this site often.

Hello all, my name is Brenda Jordan and I'm married to that handsome man below. With his help I gave birth to two wonderful sons. I was born in St. Louis, MO. Graduated from Missouri Valley with a B.S. degree. I am currently a full time school teacher. I love and enjoy being around my family and treasuring every moment with them, I try to enjoy life to it's fullest, and always giving honor to God and to His Glory!

Greeting Family and Friends!
I am currently married to the beautiful lady above, I was born in Springfield, Ohio. My parents John and Lilly who currently still resides in Springfield, OH. gave birth to me on July 18, 1951. I recieved an honorable discharge, then relocated to Dallas, Texas were I made my home. Graduated from Remington College majored in Computer Networking. Enjoy playing chess, fishing, whatching sporting events with family and friends. I mostly love and enjoy just being around my wife and sons, and trying to be a man of God!
